Large Industrial Fan Motor Replacement

This Large fan failed on-site Upon further investigations we found the motor Windings was at fault, which Replacing the motor was the most economical and time efficient option to get our customer back up and running.

Tesco Distribution Centre AHU Motor Replacement 

We also travel around the U.K Providing services where required.This image is the installation of a new air handling unit motor, We will remove the old motor and replace with an efficient new motor.

Lift Motor Overhaul

Our Skilled engineers attended on-site to secure the lift to ensure the lift would not drop whiles disconnecting the lift motor ready to bring back to our workshop. once the motor was back at our work we continued to strip down the motor for further investigations, upon further investigation it was made clear that the sleeve bearings was worn. We manufactured new sleeve bearings, wash stoved and revarnished the motor windings, then reassembled to motor and preformed an extensive electrical check for quality assured the later returned to site to refit the motor and check all was running correctly.

Ministry Of Defense Tank Turn Tables

Being JOSCAR Registered Allows us to work with high-end clients such as QinetiQ, Rolls-Royce and Collins Aerospace. This picture was working at one of ministry of defense sites working on a tank turn table, which consists of lifting of the turn table itself with a crane to get into the bearings and motor. Once we get into this little compartment, we can then proceed to change the bearing and grease them once that it done, we can then lower the turn table back onto its platform.

Acid Pumps From a Powder Coaters

Steam Clean to remove any excess acid, Dismantle and inspect all Mechanics. Manufacture new Stainless Shaft, Bush and Bore bearing housings, replace mechanical seal and clean up. Electrically test motor, Motor had Several Mechanical issues. Replace motor would be more economical.

Large D.C Motor With Forced Ventilation  Fan

We attended on-site to disconnect and remove this unit and brought back to our workshop. Dismantling and inspecting for any faults, up on inspection we found the commutator was worn so we proceeded with a skim and under cutting of the commutator. We also done extensive testing of all windings, bearing change and supplied new sets of carbon brushes suitable for this application. we then fully assembled the motor and tested, painted and delivered back to site and installed
